Returning a Bra

1 - You bought a bra that doesn't fit. It happens.

 

2 - Items must go through this Returns Portal. Items sent without authorization are refused. 

 

3 - If you are in Canada you can print the postage label, pack it, and drop it in any Canada Post mailbox.

 

4 - The postage is deducted from your refund. Returns are billed at counter rates. Not at our outbound shipping rate

 

5 - You can ship the item and cover postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit so have a tracking number.

 

6 - If you are sending a return from the US only use USPS Tracked. Most packages cost $13 to Canada. US customers MUST declare the return as a "return" to avoid import charges. Failure to do so will result in the customs charge held back from the refund.

 

7 - It has to be like new. No smells. No smells. No smells. All tags attached.

 

8 - $20 Or Less bras cannot be returned.

 

9 - Items with a gusset cannot be returned.

 

10 - Shipping charges are yours.

 

11 - You have 10 days from the delivery date to process your Return.

 

12 - The return must be shipped within 3 days of the return approval.

 

13 - Returns are automated. We cannot make manual exceptions.
